2,5 T Automated production line for loaders
Challenge
A manufacturer producing their compact loaders along manual production lines wanted to make their production more efficient.
Solution
Automated guided vehicles were installed. A solution that provided both a faster assembly of the compact loaders and a smoother assembly of the front and rear parts than before. Thanks to a height-adjustable function, the AGVs also provide an ergonomic working position for the fitters. The AGVs have helped to increase the production rate from one compact loader a day to one every 30 minutes.
