This video demonstrates a Solving Wheeled Mover handling transformer bushings. Wheeled Movers are battery-powered and designed for transporting heavy and sensitive loads over longer distances, on varying floor surfaces, and in facilities where clean room conditions apply.
The Mover operates omnidirectionally and is controlled by a single operator using a remote control unit. Self-levelling axles ensure the wheels stay evenly loaded and in contact with the floor at all times, providing stable and precise movement even when floor conditions are not ideal. No fixed installations are required, so transport routes can be adapted whenever the production layout changes.
