This video demonstrates Solving MLS Modular Air Casters moving heavy machinery and large loads on a cushion of compressed air. Four or six air bearing modules are placed under the load and connected to a control unit and compressed air supply. As pressure builds under each module, the load rises off the floor and floats on a thin film of air, virtually eliminating friction and allowing even the heaviest equipment to be moved and positioned with ease.
MLS Modular Air Casters are suited for less frequent movement tasks, such as bringing new machines into production facilities, relocating equipment inside factories, or moving vessels in shipyards. Because the modules are portable and require no fixed floor installations, the same set can be used for a wide variety of loads and locations.
