This video shows Solving AGVs in operation at Raniplast, a Finnish packaging film manufacturer. Raniplast chose to automate their internal material flow to reduce forklift traffic and free up operators for more productive work such as quality control.
Solving has delivered three AGVs to the facility. Two smaller vehicles transport rolls from film production to the high-bay warehouse, the packaging line, and the heat shrink tunnel. A third, high-lifting AGV operates inside the high-bay warehouse, feeding rolls forward to the printing and seaming departments.
Raniplast also has plans to expand the AGV fleet in line with future capacity growth, which fits well with their broader automation strategy. The collaboration with Solving has worked smoothly, with support available quickly whenever needed.
