The owners of Fluid-Bag Ltd – Ab Solving Oy, Peter Björk and Roger Nybäck – came to an agreement on 3 September 2008, which means that the company became a fully owned subsidiary of Solving. Mr. Nybäck retires from his post as President, but stays as adviser to the board till the end of December 2008.

Fluid-Bag produces liquid containers for industrial use. The company is well established in Europe, Asia and North America among leading liquid suppliers. The Fluid-Bag products are used mainly within the chemical, lubricating oil, food and pharmaceutical industries. The prospects of continued international growth are good thanks to excellent references among leading international companies.
